Girish Tiwaskar
Principal Architect and co-inventor - NetrArk™ NBDS, SecTr Node and SecTr's A-SHM Platform
A graduate of VNIT Nagpur with a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication, Girish brings deep expertise in IoT architecture, embedded systems, signal network design, and end-to-end hardware-to-platform integration.
At SecTr, Girish has led the complete technical development of NetrArk™, SecTr Node and SecTr's A-SHM Platform, across six years of sustained engineering work - developing the detection architecture and signal intelligence.
Jayesh Tiwaskar

Developed SecTr's commercial strategy, investor relations management, global market development and partnership architecture
Jayesh brings over three decades of enterprise leadership to SecTr. In late 2019 he entered the aquaculture vertical - partnering with the world's largest manufacturer of salmon aquaculture cage nets, holding dominant market positions across multiple countries globally.
SecTr's enterprise client base spans 19+ organisations across 6 countries, reflecting his ability to build institutional trust across domains and geographies.
Tulsidharan Viswanathan
GTM & Sales Strategy
Tulsidharan is a seasoned IT & Telecom executive with nearly four decades of experience driving enterprise business strategy, government affairs, public policy, and e-Governance.
He has held senior leadership roles at global technology giants—including PCL, HP, Satyam, Acer, IBM, Syniverse, and as Director of Government Affairs at SAP India. He currently serves as Co-Founder & Managing Partner at the Vitti AI Research Foundation and Strategy Advisor at Tectona Soft Solutions.
His expertise spans data security, cloud, IoT, and AI across critical sectors like BFSI, healthcare, smart cities, and telecommunications. A recognized thought leader, Tulsidharan actively contributes to government committees shaping national digital transformation policies.
Rutvij Pathak
R&D, Design Tech & Project Lead
Rutvij Pathak is an interdisciplinary engineering and design leader with 8 years of experience building at the intersection of product development, IoT, and applied AI.
Operating across multidisciplinary and international environments, his expertise spans hardware-software integration, emerging technologies, and strategic product architecture. In his current leadership role, Rutvij has spearheaded the delivery of complex enterprise platforms, guiding initiatives from concept and system design through deployment and scale. He also directs advanced machine learning initiatives for specialized monitoring ecosystems, overseeing data pipelines, anomaly detection, and intelligent analytics.
With a systems-oriented approach and deep hands-on expertise, Rutvij specializes in translating intricate technical challenges into unified products that seamlessly connect physical systems, digital platforms, and intelligent data into real-world impact.
